Day 1 – Arrive  Amman

Arrive at Amman International Airport. Meet and greet. Transfer to hotel. Amman, the capital of Jordan, is a fascinating city of contrasts – a unique blend of old and new, ide- ally situated on a hilly area between the desert and the fertile Jordan Valley.


Day 2 - Amman

Breakfast at hotel. Late morning depar- ture for day tour of city and surroundings. Visit the Old City, then Jerash which is considered one of the largest and most well-preserved sites of Roman architecture in the world outside Italy, and Ajlun Castle (Qal’at Ar-Rabad). Return to hotel.

Day 3 - Amman - Petra
Breakfast at hotel. Early departure for coach drive, visiting Mount Nebo, a ruined monastery with connections to Moses, Madaba known as the City of Mosaics, and Karak, an ancient Crusader stronghold. Arrive Petra and check into hotel.

Day 4 - Petra

Breakfast at hotel. Full day visiting the archeological ruins at Petra. Dinner. Petra, the world wonder, is without a doubt Jordan’s most valuable treasure and greatest tourist attraction. It is a vast, unique city, carved into the sheer rock face by the Nabataeans.

Day 6 - Petra - Tel Aviv

Breakfast at hotel. Coach drive to Tel Aviv visiting Massada - the last stronghold of the Jewish Zealots in their battle against the Romans, en- route. Transfer to hotel. Dinner. In the evening go to “Evita” gay bar for opening event in gay pride weekend.

Day 7 - Tel Aviv

Breakfast at hotel. Morning tour of Tel Aviv. Afternoon gay pride beach party at the Tel Aviv Beach. Dinner. In the evening, options are to enjoy the various parties in town (a complete list and special admission rates will be given closer to the date)

Day 8 - Tel Aviv
Breakfast at hotel. Free day to recover, relax, enjoy the beach, shopping, etc. Dinner. Old Port of Tel Aviv is one of the city’s high- lights - full of modern bars, cafes, restaurants, shops and boutiques. Old city of Jaffa has an artists’ colony.

Day 9 -  Tel Aviv - Tiberius

Breakfast at hotel. Morning departure for Tiberius visiting Caesarea an ancient Roman Capital, and then the ancient and beautiful city of Haifa. Atop Mt Carmel, holy to Christians is the Stella Maris Carmelite Monastery. Haifa and Mount Carmel en-route. Check into hotel.

Day 10 - Tiberius

Emily Hotel«««« Breakfast at hotel. Full day of sightseeing to Sea of Galilee where Jesus lived. The tour includes a boat ride on the Sea of Galilee. Visit Mt of Beatitudes, site of the Sermon of the Mount. Then Capernaum known as Jesus’ town. Then Nazareth, site of the Annunciation. Return to hotel.

Day 11 – Tiberius - Jerusalem

Breakfast at hotel. Morning departure for drive to Jerusalem, visiting Jordan Valley which extends from the outlet of the Jordan River at the Sea of Galilee to its inlet into the Dead Sea, and Jericho, which may be the oldest continuously occupied city in the world en-route. Check into hotel. Dinner.

Day 12 -  Jerusalem

Breakfast at hotel. Full day sightseeing to New City of Jerusalem. The modern city of Jerusalem refers to the last 100 years when first neighborhoods were built outside the walls of the Old City, and Bethlehem - birthplace of Jesus. Return to hotel.

Day 13 -  Jerusalem

Breakfast at hotel. Full day of sightseeing to the Old City of Jerusalem. Enjoy panoramic view of the Golden City from the Mt of Olives. Visit the Garden of Gethsemane, the Western Wall (Wailing Wall), the Via Dolorosa the Holy Sepulcher, the Roman Cardo, the Jewish Quarter and Mt. Zion.

Day 14 – In Flight

Breakfast at hotel. Transfer to Allenby Bridge to cross back to Jordan and proceed to Amman International Airport for departure.

1. Culture Aspects


Expect some culture shock. You'll be exposed to signs of poverty and access to services may be sporadic. The food will be quite different to home and English speakers harder to find. Respecting the local culture will make it easier to fit in and really experience the location.
